Carillon Park

Shoot the historic buildings in Carillon Park.  We will have several models there, in period dress to enhance to your photos.  We will also be allowed to stay an hour after the park closes so we can take photos without other visitors around.

Gather at the entrance at 3pm so we can see how many photographers we have and enter together. If we have 20 or more, the entrance feel will be only $5.

Enjoy dinner afterwards at the Carillon Brewing Company.

Time - We will meet there at 3pm.  We will be able to shoot until 6pm.

After dinner we will do some photography with burning steel wool as it is spun on a string, making Spirographic designs. See photo below. We will do some light painting photography. If you have any special lights or ideas for light painting, feel free to bring them.

Finally, skies permitting, Gary Cook will spend the evening and late night teaching you how to do some astrophotography.  He will have multiple tracking devices available to allow photography of galaxies as well.
